What if I’m not sure about whether I have gold, platinum, or silver?
That is quite common and we encourage you to bring to a gold buying party anything you suspect might be gold, platinum, or silver. Our trained representatives will assess your items and tell you whether it is gold, platinum, or silver; or something else.
What if I have gemstones in my jewelry?
At no cost to you, participating Heart to Heart Gold Exchange businesses will carefully remove your gemstones and return them to you right on the spot.
Can I host a party at my place of business?
Actually, we have conducted many gold selling parties at work place environments; such as doctors’ offices, real estate offices, schools, and other businesses and organizations.
What if I can’t attend a party and still want to sell my gold, platinum, or silver?
In some cases we can arrange a private meeting with you, especially in the case of shut-ins or the elderly. How do the fundraisers work?
We will help you facilitate your fundraiser. It works like a private party, but with the difference being that not only will participating Heart to Heart Gold Exchange businesses contribute to your organization 10% to 20% of the total purchase price they pay to attendees for precious metals, but we will also ask the people selling their items and supporting your event to contribute to your organization a portion of their proceeds from the sale of their gold, platinum, and silver. Thus, these parties can be amazing fundraisers; and what makes them work is that people can give to the organization, but they do not have to reach into their pocket to do it.
How can I be sure you’re a credible company?
One of the founders of the Heart to Heart Gold Exchange system, Les Harrell, has more than 20 years experience in the jewelry industry, and he is a graduate gemologist, certified appraiser, designer, craftsman, and goldsmith. The parent company of the owner of the Heart to Heart Gold Exchange system was one of the first businesses to conduct gold selling parties and fundraisers, and we have thousands of happy clients that prove that. We also have many independent franchise owners, each one personally trained by Mr. Harrell.
