Mark Lynch has been a business owner and entrepreneur for the last 20 years, having owned companies in the medical and nutritional fields. Mark is known for his great people skills and abilities as a teacher and trainer. He has traveled the world and enjoys sky diving, playing ice hockey, and recently took up surfing. He started The Gold Exchange franchise in Southern California where he lives with his wife Stormie and their five children.

Terry and Judy Beal
Terry and Judy Beal have been together for over four decades raising two sons, and being blessed with one grandchild. Terry spent most of his working career in corporate management while Judy has had various endeavors, flight attendant, real estate agent, and mom. They are both very passionate about their animals which include birds, dogs and horses.
Terry and Judy started The Gold Exchange franchise in Colorado Springs, Colorado and make their home in the foothills between Denver and Colorado Springs. They look upon the opportunity of The Gold Exchange as a dream come true and look forward to helping others share in the excitement and benefit of paying it forward.

Kevin and Renee Carter
Kevin and Renee Carter live in the Maryland area, and have a beautiful six year old daughter name Sasha. Kevin has been in Law Enforcement for over twenty years and works in the area of Community Relations. He enjoys working with all groups of people. His expertise is bringing Law Enforcement and communities together. Renee works for a non-profit health care organization. She takes pride in knowing that the work she does, helps to keep health care facilities operating effectively around the country.

Leanna Ketelsen
Leanna Ketelsen has been a trusted professional in the mortgage banking industry for 20+ years and is also a certified Bikram Yoga instructor. She was born and raised in Northern California and enjoys the ocean, giant Redwoods and the many wineries in the area. Aaron Green
Aaron Green was born and raised in East St. Louis IL, but has called the suburbs of Washington, DC his home for the past 22 years. He is a dedicated father of two girls and is passionate about the businesses he operates in addition to his full time job in the legal industry.
Aaron is full of energy and enjoys music, golf, and spending quality time with his daughters. Aaron saw the Gold Exchange Franchise as an opportunity to help those in a tough economy and to broaden his already diverse portfolio. He looks forward to meeting new people and making a difference.

Stephen Iwaszko has been a business owner for 12 years. For fun, he enjoys fishing, crabbing, and boating. Stephen runs several businesses in the tri-state area, most notably the IDENT-A-KID National child safety program. He has dedicated his life to child safety and helping the schools in his community. Stephen sees the Gold Exchange as a tremendous opportunity to help the schools and daycares with their fundraising needs as well as offering parents an opportunity to make some extra income. Mary Oswald & Riana Malia
Mary Oswald & Riana Malia Our dynamic mother and daughter duo and this isn’t the first venture, but it is certainly the most rewarding! Mary has been an entrepreneur for many years in the areas of music, art, clothing, furniture design, and as a master nail technician. She is also a coach, mom, and nurturer. Riana comes by her entrepreneurial spirit honestly. In addition to her mom, she learned from her father and her grandfather who both owned several businesses in a variety of industries, as well as her 86 year old grandmother who still has a thriving direct sales business after 5 decades.
Riana has had a successful career, starting a small financial services firm in the early part of 2000, and then built successful organizations in the network marketing world. She currently contributes to the global community through her blog, YourVeryBestLife.com, owns a boutique event & experience planning firm, and has started a non-profit foundation called Live Love Give. They are both thrilled to be able to work with the Gold Exchange in Minneapolis to continue to make a difference in the lives of others.

Lindsay and Andrea Docherty make their home in Vancouver, Washington with their two busy children. Lindsay has spent over 20 years in the Maritime Safety and Quality Assurance field and Andrea is in the medical field as an Ophthalmic Technologist.
They have a passion for helping non-profit organizations raise funds, especially in this time of economic struggle, and have looked at various opportunities to help them attain their goals. Joyce Johnston is a single mother with 4 sons and a Nana to identical twin grandsons. She has owned and operated her own businesses since being 22 years old. Joyce is one of the original owners of the IDENT-A-KID Franchise servicing the triad area of North Carolina for almost 20 years. She is a people person and welcomes new adventures.
She is very excited about joining the Gold Exchange team and sees it as an opportunity to have fun, meet new people, and help others. Jimi and Kristin Cash
Jimi and Kristin Cash make their home in Fairbanks, Alaska where they raise their two daughters Marissa and Raegane. Jimi and Kristin built a sizable international organization in a previous company and realized quickly the many benefits of being in business for yourself.
Jimi recently finished a tour with the US Army and is an electrician. Kristin’s background is in Office Management and Accounting and she is enjoying the blessing of raising their daughters from home. They both believe that the Gold Exchange is a wonderful way to bless others and give back to the causes they both are so dedicated to, including the American Cancer Society and the many church related organizations they are involved in.

Tom Schaeffer
Tom Schaeffer lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife Luanne. They are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters. Tom is an avid traveler, sailor and master scuba diver, He enjoys the beaches of the world and recently rescued two Wheaten Terriers which are a joy to the family. He is active in local and international charities.
Tom owns a winery in Napa Valley, California (www.vinofamily.com) and a wholesale sports apparel company selling logo merchandise to all the college and professional teams. Tom was the National Sales Manager & currently consults for the Dallas Cowboys.
